What is the return policy?

 

You have 14 days from the date your order was received to return the item back to us. You will be charged a returns fee based on your location, and providing your refund follows our refund policy, you will receive a full refund excluding the initial delivery fee.

 

All sneakers must be returned in their original condition with the sneaker box and an outer box for protection purposes.

 

Any returns sent back without an outer box may be refused and sent back to the customer if damaged.

 

If your return is not accepted you will be liable to pay for a shipping label to have the item sent back to you.

 

Please remember that for each order, you are only able to create one label. In the instance an order arrives in multiple packages, we would advise that you wait for all of your items to arrive before making a return.

 

If an item is returned without the original zip tie and tag, we reserve the right to withhold a refund.

 

This policy is in place to guarantee the quality and authenticity of our products. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this tagging policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the highest standards for our products.

 

Return fee is excluded from refund when customers return their items and will be deducted from their refund amount (this excludes: damaged item, incorrect item received, and item not as described, where they will get free label).

 

 

All items returned will be inspected upon arrival and will be declined for one of the following reasons:

 

 1. Return is outside of the return policy

 

 2. The item appears worn, washed or used

 

 3. The item is non-returnable ( encapsulated, loose, or boxed - no exclusions cannot be returned)

 

 4. The item was damaged after delivery

 

 5. Item is altered

 

 6. The item is returned with holes

 

 7. Item is stained (dirt, makeup, food, etc.)

 

 8. The item is returned without attached tags, manufacturer's tags and any accompanying materials that were

originally included when the item was received.

 

 9. Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

 

 10. Please note that some sneakers may have loose threads, which are not considered a quality issue. These can be

easily trimmed and do not affect the product's durability or appearance.

 

 

What happens if I return items after the 14-day return policy?

 

 We will not accept your return, and our return label will not be sent to you. A refund will not be credited to your

account.

 

 

How do I create a return

 

Please click on the "Chat" bubble at the bottom right corner of your screen, or send a message to [email protected] for assistance.Please also make a note of your order number, and your reason for returning and place it inside the outer protective box of your return.

 

 

Refunds(if applicable)

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of receipt and approval or rejection of your

refund.

 

When you start the return process, if you choose to receive a refund to your original payment method, we'll deduct

$30.00 from the credit you'll receive to cover return shipping costs when using our return label. If the return is our fault,we'll cover this charge. Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. Remember that the refund method you choose when completing the return process is final and cannot be changed.

 

 

Custom Tax and Goods Lost Issue(if applicable)

 

Customs Duties:If customs charges duties, you will pay these, and we will deduct them from your refund.

 

 

 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

 

1. First, recheck your bank account.

 

If you initiated a return our site, and it has been received and processed through our returns department, you will be able to view the return details via the "Track Order" or "My Account" links following the same process used to initiate the return.

 

 

What if I accidentally ship an item to you that was not purchased on your site?

 

We are not rensponsible for the acceptance,safekeeping,and/or return of any ifems that you ship to us in error (I.E.,items that were not purchased on our site)("erroneous return").

 

If we nevertheless receive and accept an Erroneous Return, we may require, in our sole discretion, that you pay a reasonable processing and shipping fee in order to cover the costs of shipping the Erroneous Return ("Return Fee") back to you.

 

Once received, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you and hold the Erroneous Return for a reasonable period of time not to exceed 30 days. If we are unable to contact you or we do not receive payment of the Return Fee, if any,during that time, we may destroy the Erroneous Return or donate it to a charity of our choice.

 

 

What if return or exchange due to Merchant errors?

 

If a return or exchange is necessary due to a mistake on our part—such as a quality issue, wrong item sent, or other merchant-related errors—we will cover all shipping costs. You will not be responsible for any return shipping fees, and we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund after confirming the issue. The process is as follows:

 

1.Contact Customer Service: Please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible, providing details

and evidence (such as photos or a description of the issue) so we can verify the problem.

 

2. Free Return Shipping: Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for you to

send the item back at no cost.

 

3. Replacement or Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will either send a replacement

product or issue a full refund, based on your preference, within 10-18 business days.
