Please note that goods are only shipped Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays. Shipping times begin when you

receive the shipping confirmation email.

Please note that once your order is confirmed, we are unable to amend the delivery address or method, or any details

within your order, such as product, number of products, size, colour.

 

Most of our orders are shipped using FedEx, USPS, EMS, or DHL within 3-5 business days. Please note, delays can occur

if items are out of stock or due to special circumstances.

 

Some countries or regions are subject to payment of taxes and duties stipulated by their country upon delivery. Please

note, these fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, even if you return your order.

We strive to combine your orders into the fewest shipments to minimize your duties and taxes.

 

 

Backorders

 

Stock Availability: We can’t guarantee constant availability of all items. If an item is out of stock and won’t be

available , we’ll notify you about backorder details or offer a substitute if one is available. For urgent needs, please

email us to discuss your options.

 

 

Tracking Your Order Online

 

Notification: You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. This email will guide you on how

to track your shipment.

 

Tracking Update: It might take up to tow business day for the tracking information to appear on the carrier’s website.

If the tracking information isn’t available initially, please try again the next working day.

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.
